does anyone know where i can find a contact email address for wolfgang klitich, he breeds falcons and lives in germany i meet him in czech on a recent trip there and the contact details he gave me don't seem to be any good.

Haven't seen Wolfgang for years he used to breed some top quality Red Napes when I was there last but the only numbers I have are old ones.
If no one can help you on here PM me and I will contact my friend who is the president of the German Breeders club and he will get the number for me.
