hi guys i have been aloud a brancher imprint lanner to fly and mature , she is late stage brancher and is making small hopping flights around the house and garden she is still sleeping loads and is to young to teather , but is able to get out her tank and perch on chairs etc .

what is the best way to alow her freedom with out constraint?

i would think another 10 days she will be flying .

im hoping to hack a littel as i have in the past .

all the best

Mat I would just hang fire until she starts pumping and taking off the ground a few inches then its time to tether her down.
It wont do any harm early tethering in fact I recommend it. Alf.

If it was a hawk, Matt - I would tether at this stage not 100 % on a falcon but it makes for a steady hawk on a bow if tethered early than later.
