Hi All,
I am a new member to this forum and I was hoping that you could advise me as to hand rearing barn owls. My established pair have produced two chicks this year and are approx 12 days old. What is the best time to remove the chicks for hand rearing? I removed one yesterday but felt it was too small to be removed so I put it back. I would like to be able to handle these two in the future. My female is tame but my other two are not as they were not han reared as far as I know? Any advise would be great.
