Is this a Golden Eagle?

Hi
On another group someone posted a thread with some
photos of a raptor.
They asked if the photos are of a Golden eagle.
Please can someone ID this bird,
the second photo will tell someone what it is, i think its a common buzzard, but i`m no expert.
