Think I seen this to and it did look like a cast of Eagles going, could be wrong though. The Eagle boys should put us right though.

Joseph heibler and martin hollinshead flew a loose cast for the first part of a couple of birds early carreer.

A german couple used to regualrly fly a mother and daughter together.

I am sure there are other instances of successful cast flying, but these are just 2 that I heard of.

I did hear about a goldie from austria that would fly with juveniles, but would not tolerate adults to be flown with her.

And another mother and son team.

I guesse that IF you put the ground work in then anythings possible.

Most of the vids that I have seen that come from the big hare/deer meets on the continent, when you see 2 or more eagles in the air then it is generaly a mistake caused by quarry breaking on no mans land and one slips, at the same time as the next, although there can be a lot of trigger happiness with some of these large meets.

thanks mat it was a field meet that it happened on but there was no agresion on either part just thought what an awesome team 2 eagles would make there would not be much they could not take on /dave

If it was on a fieldmeet then as Matt says it would have probably been an accident.

Saw this happen a few times in Opocno a couple of years ago, didnt always end in a scrap but when ut did............it wasnt nice to see!!
