This is an immature imprint gos that we have "fostered" until august. He currently weighs 1lb 12oz.
I think he is a stunning looking bird and just thought I would share a few pics of him.

Enjoy

with regret i have to inform you that this fabulous chap was killed on a bfc field meet last week.apparently he was slipped and being tracked when another member slipped his female gos and found it plucking the male .this strikes me as great misconduct and should NEVER happen....DEAN.

yes joe i agree but what ****es me off is that the organisation was ***** i can't find much info about it.ie who was the field meet captain ,where were the radio's and who gave the chap the go ahead to slip while another bird was unclipped.

Sorry to hear Dean,
Never nice losing a goshawk but rearing it from a chick seems to make the loss even harder.

Yours Jim.

This incident was a totaly avoidable traversty which cannot be deemed an accident, but stinks of amaturist incompatance by the so called elite, i no a fair bit about this as the falconer who had his bird killed called me minutes after it happened, but has asked me not to mention names so i cant .............for now
