I intend to be in Europe that week and may be able to get across for a couple of days just wondered if anyone has been on an ad hoc basis and if they found a good welcome or maybe go when I have more time to plan the visit and register etc.

You cant really go ad hoc I dont think, you need to pre-register and then get registered properly on day 1 at the Opocno Hotel.

I suppose you could just follow them on the day though, but you wouldnt get lunch! :lol:

I missed the published deadline to register but I emailed a request to the Club for information the trick is the timing with my other commitments would be good to get their if I can.
Heading for Belgium then Germany so ONLY another 600 miles :)

Not only do you have to register, you have to set up a paypal account as well. I belive the Czech club want money up-front for the hotel. I think that is correct but not 100% sure.

hi, i'm going in november but not to that meet, i'm going to a smaller meet based at a place called plesna, i went there last year and it was a great trip.
