Dutch Hoods

Been kinda quiet lately,, Busy and making some colorful and different DHoods for UK customers...
The first I call the El Dorado,, fully tooled, dyed and it features the Double Hopi top knot!!

Next are a series of three , two lizard,, and one with Salmon skinned eye panels off to the UK,,

Hey Bushwacker,, what are you drinkin in the wild Frontier?? Pilsner?? It is the beer that made Saskatchewn famous!!
The birds are doing well, great slip on a jack with the falcon yesterday,,hybrid hawk caught a rabbit today,, hope to see you in December!!

Tell us about of the use of Salmon Skin, this is the first I have seen of it.
Why do you use it? Is it just because of its beauty or are there other reasons?

Sharptail,, I received some lizard, snake and some really cool Salmon skins a few months ago,, I am not big on making hoods with any type of lizard especially python or any snake unless they are for display,, but thought I would try something different for a few UK customers that asked for if I would make them some..This salmon skin is very tough and has a neat look to it,,no other reason but am betting it will prove very durable..

Ahh Pilsner,, Morb,, I like that "Saskatchewn Champagne"!!
