VERY funny and clever! Im gonna knock up some great big hoods for humans to wear for next years falconry fair (just made of courdroy/cotton etc) i think they will be funny to wear when drinking on an evening... what do you recon?

I agree Bubo, I think they are a bit degrading. Although I did once think about having hoods made with eyes on the side when I had problems with Jackdaws harassing hooded Falcons.

but that wouldnt be so degrading, many animals/insects have the 'eye' pattern as a deterrant but to have one that looks like a shark has swallowed the head :shock: :shock: i love my bird too much for it to be ridiculed.

Many thanks, not belive my hoods were seen in other countries and that they liked.

I did the hares and my friend did the Sharks.

But they are not for daily use, were created just for the sake of making them, and to take a photograph, Was just for fun.

LOL!!! I saw those hoods 3-4 years ago on the citeara(sp?) site. Too funny! Love the shark one. A local falconer to me made one like a beanie hat with the propeller on the top. I will see if they have a picture to post.
