Well bit of a false start the young male I have been flying fractured his wing, this healed and he had another 12 kills. Last week he caught a rabbit against a rock and re opened the crack in his wing so for now at least he is being rested in an imprint chamber. I am gutted as he is the nicest young imprint Ive flown, almost silent, very obidient and hell bent on killing  Anyway I have pulled a 3 year old male imprint to fly, he has been without food for a few days and has come out at 2.1 1/2 which is his fit flying weight! Jumped to the fist for a chick in the living room which I am chuffed about! He will probably have to come down to about 2lb to get going will be interesting to his his top weight this season?, no noise so far! Sat here twidling my thumbs for a bit which is frustrating as the weather is stunning and Ive loads of new ground to be going at  won't be long till Im back at it!

Young male is mick Kane bred and the older bird Bramhauld lines. Isabell is fine but has some aggresion issues, unfortunately for me she is too aggressive as I fly with clients most days and I don't trust her with them (don't fancy an insurance payout ) I am having a rethink with her and may have to get a friend to fly her up till breeding season. She stands on a bowperch for me already so Im hoping she will lay straight off with a bit of luck.

Little bit of an update, starting to get into his groove now I had to drop his weight a fair bit to overcome his fear of the dog which has settled now he has had a few flights over him. All standard stuff so far. Only got out for an hour last night resulting in two flights within 30 seconds or so! Flushed a cock bird from a hedgrow which he smacked on the back 40 foot into the field but didn't bind, the pheasant doubled back under pressure into the hedgerow narrowly missed by the bird in cover. The pheasant looked ****ed from the impact of the bird so I sent the dog in to pick it or reflush it, in the meantime rocky had made straight back on the glove the instant he missed (first time he has done that ). Expecting the cock to come out I was suprised a hen flushed which was almost an identical flight, out into the field then back towards the hedge once under pressure, this one wasn't so lucky! Picked the knackered cock bird with the dog don't know if this counts as 1, 2 or 1 1/2  Rocky was cropped and will fly again today as he is piling the weight on now, not the long mile flight Im looking for but an entertaining flight nonetheless! **** pics as im not used to the camera on my phone yet.

Good job!
Here's a quickie of my Musket on LBJ. He took it in mid-air after a long, high tale chase and took it by into some ones garden and ate his catch.

Notching them up now first bunny today on some scrub land I hunt thats full of bunnys and another pheasant last night not 30 yards from where he caught one before out the back of my house (not the same bird before people get any silly ideas just my 'pet' pheasants so its in the same place )! Will start on multiples next week now his weight is up a bit. Might get a bit of a season yet
