Yes the kit pictured on the left hand side is available for £209.99. This would upgrade the old style roll-ex but i believe you may have to adjust the base slightly to allow the center drive rod to run through the machine.

So do that, and leave the incubation stuff to those of us who are interested in it. Don't bother with updates on your progress with your "broodies".

Back on topic, I think that's a fine bator, and the history of the roll-ex has proven its reliability.

Unfortunately at the moment supply into the UK for LYON spares and incubators is not possible. As far as repairs are concerned the only thing we can offer is to replace with parts from other incubators and modify where possible.

We would have a look at converting your base to rolling turn but it would have to be with something we have available from another machine, maybe using the rollers from a grumbach and then design a frame around them. If you want us to have a look at this for you we would need your base and turning system.
