Got a little pic but I'm too old and stupid to work out how to insert a pic, maybe somebody can put me straight. Anyway, feel free to PM me and I'll email it to you. Bet you learn it quicker than I did!

theres a video called 'birds of prey management and training' with bryan paterson,it just about has everything you need to know from picking up you'r bird from the avery to flying free, easy to understand and follow.

good God!!! good pics, but it makes it look real hard, if I'd tried learnin from that I'd still be trying  See if you can find some one to show you, its real easy when you know how, you have to be able to do it in the dark with your eyes closed and a gale blowing  tying on to the glove was the one I had hardest problem doing as all ends are slack

The easiest way is get someone to show you, I had a look at loads of pics and found it a lot easier with someone showing me.

I would say the best way is for some one to show you.It will be easyer that way.

My female Harris will undo any number of knots in no time, only way could stop her was to use a flat braided leash and to pull the knots tight. Only disadvantage with this was then untying her!

Carols bird sat happily on his bow yesterday untied.....little git had undone both knots and just sat there pleased with himself........goes to show, we always double tie but even then some birds will persist

Put some bitter aloes on it. I think that's the stuff they put on kid's finger nails to stop nail biting. Your chemist should have some. I've used English mustard with good results.

I never thought of that but it definatly works.
I havnt done it on a leash but I have applied it to a Kestrels jesses (button only).
Until then the bloody thing continually bit the buttons off.
