Not us...I had a chance to work some overtime today...the choice was make $150 or spend $150...sigh. It woulda been more fun to go to the meet though. At least we got another duck today, though:supz:

I did not go either, robyn has severe broncitous (sp?). so I am staying fairly close to home until she gets better.
actually I am suppose to be In Amarillo .... yes texas with heather and John A I was suppose to pull out for going south for the next two -3 months but I cannot and will not leave until roby is better.
Horses , dogs and hawks, going to go roping , hawking, I dont want to say "Rodeoing " I do not beleive that is really even a word. but ya get my drift .... said in a John Wayne accent with my cowboyhat slightly tilted off to one side a little.. So I went toward the cities and flew both birds, had a flight right from the truck ,, not 3 steps and a bunny got up . I tossed the tail but just pulled fur. went to another spot and found where something had pulled fur... went a little further (different spot ) and found a 3/4 eaten pigion. and wing marks on the snow. I stepped on the carcus to put it under the snow so the harris would not see it. saw a lot of track . lot of poop and only a couple of bunnies.
She (HH) was following quite nice . and she went and landed on top of a building. Some chinese kids came out to play in the back from the family reasturant , and when she came down ,, she flew right by the kids and scared them a little ... then they qot inquisative (sp?) and I explained what I was doing. lol. headed for the house.
I know grant was not going down until possibly later..
He had a (snow league ) football game he was going to.. I am not sure how that sits with me... football .. president of mfa ...taking presidence over the meet. stikes me a little lame.
but I think that is indicative of the club as a whole a little lame.
maybe its just me.

I am sick also Dave. Got a fricken head cold. So I stayed in today. Was thinking about taking my gos out, his talon is already starting to come back. I can see it right next to the toe.

Dang, I know you said she was sick last time we chatted...you weren't kidding! That sucks-I had bronchitis when I was a kid and I thought I was just gonna die:P Hopefully she'll feel better soon.

ok now I learned me a new thing today .. yes i did I am I am , no I did not eat green eggs and Ham.

I do not think a lot of people went down I have not really talked to anyboy but grant.. and that was this morning..for 2 minutes and he informed me , he was headed out to go play football. Oh well I am going to try to get out tomarrow. for a while.. then go roping over at a barn in Wisconsin if robyn is feeling better ... other wise sticking close to home.
she thinks she is going to work on monday... she has not voice and is quite tired. steppin off for a while to go check on her.

greg I hope you feel better ,, a lot of that stuff going around.
excedrin & Ibuprofin seemed to work for me.. excedrin for the pain. ibuprofin for the aches and stiffness. the cafine in the excedrin helps you feel better to..

Been taking Dayquil. Then I have my Dr. Pepper for the caffeine.
