It not rocket science to be honest - just filters light, its just the language he uses to describe it - "See the world in a whole new meaning"?:rolleyes: Bit of a claim there but its obviously worked and he's got a bidder.

Just shows you with the right words/sales pitch people can be persuaded to buy anything (almost).

They wouldn't be, but i've used Night-Sights at work in the past, expensive bits of kit (decent ones) but they negate the need for any light, bit unsporting for hunting though and I don't think they'd do them to fit a Harris Hawk (could be wrong) :D

Hey Tiggles I can read your posts no problems now!- so why does that worry me? :) Dave I've used night vision goggles- ex Russian military and rubbish compared to the American ones. What's really worth having is a quality thermal sensor- a good one will pick up something as small as a pheasant hiding in the grass a hundred yards away, and something the size of a deer at several hundred yards. A mate of mine pointed one at a neighbours house fifty yards away and reading through the walls it gave four signals- he thought it was wrong as only two people live there- it was the people, their old dog and the hot water system :) Jay.
