Captive breeding docs, blue docs and scheduals?

Hiya,

I need to clarify what birds are on which list, what documents you need for them and what the docs allow you to do?

For instance, what documents do I need for saker falcon and a pere?

Just confused! Not up to date!

also, what are the scedual stuff about? There's 1,2 and 3? So, if a bird is in whatever shedual, is it gona be needing a certain document to keep it?
