introduction of exam for falconers hawk boards idea

does anyone know any details of the coming voluntary examination scheme which is being introduced by members of the hawk board. all i know is that its on its way and it is to somehow to regulate falconry. so if the government decide to pick on us we can say to them that we are doing something to regulate ourselves. i've also heard that around 60 countries are supporting falconry becoming a world heritage! dont know much about that either bit dim really!!!!
