Hello

I have a couple of Bald Eagles, they have been flying up to now in display.
In December of the 2004 I put them or you join to breed. At the beginning they were had some fear, now it has improved but they would already have to be building the nest but they are ignored.
In the probable case that they don't breed.
What it is better?
To leave them joins until the next season, or
To separate them and even to return her to fly until the next season

Thank you

Hi Rafa,
Your english is 100% better than my Spanish! but i dont quite understand what you are saying?

Are you saying you put these birds together and that they are now getting on fine, but they are not nest building?

Thanks Varmit

Yes I put the birds together, at the beginning they were a little afraid, now the are better, but they not built the nest.
I will tried to breed next year.

What is better:
1- To leave them together until the next season.
2- Or to separate them and to return her to join in December.

Thank you

Pair bonding in eagles can take some time, unfortunatley you cant have your cake and eat it?

You are either gonna have to resighn yourself to the fact that they are used and flown or put them down for 12 months and give them time to bond.

Decisions, decisions?
