I know someone who uses throwing arrows. He makes all his own and is looking for any primaries of ANY species for different arrows.
If you have any or will save me any pm me and I will pay the postage to get them to me.

I've got a load of wild turkey primaries of they are of any help, from 3 birds.

Sorry worded it wrong. Any bird of prey feathers including owls. Thanks anyway.

Not being funny, but what the hell is wrong with wild turkey feathers, they look nice, and are really tough.
