I can't think of anyone in the US selling RTs. Import might be an adventure too since all the guys I know with CITES permits only do falcons.

There is a couple folks breeding red-tails in the U.S. I can't remember their names, but I could look it up. But I don't think it would be worth your while to try and get one from them with the problem of exporting.
