If there are there then there is no problem.

The ball is in Trevors court anyway people.

Why have you got a new name now and not using E.H.S?

This Rcom was supposed to go to a dedicated breeder I can't believe you managed to fool Trevor into thinking you knew what you were doing.
What equipment have you got to check the incubator? Do you know how to set the Incubator up properly and to calibrate it?
The Incubator would have been better tested by someone like Blackfacon (Chris) or Falconmews (Richard & Peter) who have the equipment to run the tests properly in a controlled environment.
I hope your friend has applied to DEFRA to move his Gos eggs to your house for incubation or you will find you may get a visit from the boys in blue and DEFRA as you are publishing the fact on a open Forum so don't be fooled into thinking they don't read what we say here.
Incidentally why have you changed your name from EHS? you are only allowed one account on the Forum so please pick what name you want to use and we will merge your posts.

Why is everyone giving the guy a hard time?? Even if he has blagged the deal what business is it of anyone else's other than Mr RCOM, who obviously hasnt taken any advice or guidance on those members applying for the freebie?? - it is therefore his fault, not World Hunters!!??

i have to agree

We are not giving him a hard time we are pointing out that he has lied to Rcom he has never hatched any BOP and was just a few days ago (20) looking for info on how to hatch chicken eggs.
I thought the whole point of this was to get a fair and detailed report on the new Rcom and I hardly think that EHS will be capable of doing this, He will need a lot of Laboratory equipment to run this test that I am sure he does not have. He has no pairs of BOP except Barn Owls and is now asking breeders to give him eggs to incubate and hatch, personally I would not trust him with a Budgie egg let alone a Gos egg.
I can't wait to see the in depth report he comes up with and the follow on Photo's of the chicks all hatching being reared and then being flown and hunted.
Sorry but IMHO there are 100 other breeders who could have given this a test and at least given a fair report, including you Mike so to me and many others who are interested to find out how good the new improvements to the Rcom are it is now a waste of time .

This was my thoughts too I have two rcoms here and im looking to add another incubator prob a z6, detailed reports/ testings is what we all need i didnt apply for it but I guess I should of ive got everything id need proper temp controlled incubation room etc etc including fertile peregrine eggs! but wanted to see the unit go to someone like terry, chris southern, andy smith etc people running a lot of eggs who can carry out 10 seasons testing in one year simply through volume. either way its done now and we will await the reports but i for one wont be wasting my time reading it. I'm not disagreeing with what you have posted in the above post, the guys who have been on here for a while know the member in question only too well.

My point is that it is RCOM's own fault for not taking advice on the selection process from long-standing members (or admin or Mods), cos as we all know there are a lot of internet falconers on here;). I bought an RCOM around 3 weeks ago, I would have loved one for free to do an evaluation on but I'm not bitter cos EHS has blagged one and doesnt have the necessary experience to perform the study RCOM is hoping for, it is RCOM's loss. At the end of the day EHS getting this wont impact any of us at all, just means we miss out on an experienced breeders opinion.

I doubt that you or others (incl me) need the evaluation which will come from the project even if it was done by an experienced breeder. You and I and others will continue to incubate in our own way, you and experienced breeders I know have already given the RCOM the thumbs up and others havent, I decided to purchase one based on the reports I have received from the breeders I know that have had great success from the RCOM.

The positive reports on this thread are good enough testimony of that model for me, if the newer model improves upon it then I doubt further indepth anlysis is required. ;)

Hi all thanks for your comments, I must admit I was a bit shocked to see how this thread had started and am awaiting clarification.

I am glad the products have such good feedback on here, has anyone tested the new 2008 models?

Any new product does not hurt fom testing, I will await clarifactaion from WH before we go any further.

Now please as I need advice please help me, is this HAWKMASTER any good? He is kindly trialing the NEW bird pavilion for me, to which I hope can recieve such good comments as well soon :)

Please if you could kindly confirm about HAWKMASTER as well, do you believe I need to clarify issues with him? :D:D

right as no one seems to have any faith in world hunter hatching anything if he manages to get some eggs and hatch them successfully without any experience would that not be a good review for the incubator ? i for one would like the idea of an incubater that is not to complicated (being blonde)
