Guy i,m not that worried about where they want to do it, i,m more worried about tracking my gos down when i,m out hawking with a falcon or a harris stuck to its back.

Just ask them to keep you informed of the days arranged so you can be elsewhere that day. Any decent falconer would do this for you to prevent accidents happening.
