My experience with Hawkforce was nothing like you describe. I found them a great workforce with an easy going environment. The post was posted around the time of BFG1 lost his father so maybe you should consider what running a business consists of, instead of running down what you dont know.

Hopefully you will stop judging people and start understanding different people circumstances, people have underlining reasons why things cant always go the way in which you would like them to, so maybe a little patients and a small amount of reading the post is in order??
