well now i have your attention.

I would like your views on this please.

Do you think female falcons tend to range more than males? Would you agree that a male will keep closer and not straight line as much as a female? Or is it generally a training issue ?

Are you talking flying your falcons from a pitch?

Are you having a problem with your birds waiting?

I would be more concerned with getting the training right rather than thinking about which sex holds longer.Different species require slightly different techniques. Peregrines are the most aerial naturally and will be the easiest falcon to train to wait on (apart from kessies).

Thanks for your comments
I am not having a problem i am having a debate with a friend.
He believes female falcons are more prone to straight line than males and also male falcons don't go off as much.
Another point of his is that there alot more falconers flying male falcons than females.

Perhaps there is truth in his comments, but this may not hold with all species
