I have just put my female gos (3 years old 3lbs 8oz) and male (9 years 2lbs 3oz) in an enclosed aviary. No problems as they are getting on very well. I have kept a close eye on them over the last week. I have put plenty of nesting material in. Any idea on what I should be seeing if they are going to bred. She is calling in the mornings.

Any advise much appreciated

My tiercel gos is getting all gooey with the new female.

Now, I'm new to all this sex stuff (being a pure innocent young bachelor) but the little b*gg*r is flashing his knickers at her and making "keck" noises.

This is going to be interesting because he is still on the trolley and the female is just put out on the bow perch during the day and then only when its fine. Married quarters are being built but I don't fancy working in horizontal sleet.

Today, KK (the tiercel) was pulling all his feathers in to look really smart and fluffing out his under tail coverts. He was also examining his new girl friend from every angle, turning his head upside down as I brought her up close on the fist.

So far as I can tell, she is playing the disinterested female, but I did think her coverts were flared a bit today. They're all the same. Birds.

I'd take some pictures but I am not sure straight porn is allowed on this list...
