Dont know what to say really mate. Some FHH are naturals and some are ****. If you need to gaurantee some offspring you are going to have to either switch the eggs, incubate yourself and return the young or find foster parents.

Perhaps you could pull the eggs one by one until you have three or four eggs to incubate. Then let her do what she wants, perhaps she will lay a couple or three more which she will incubate, and maybe get it right this time.
Do you have an incubator? Some people use bantams or similar.
I know somtimes people pull all the eggs, then replace with dummies. when the eggs hatch they feed them by hand for a week before putting back to the parents. You can re hatch the youngsters by putting into a large egg shell with the bottom missing so the chick taps on the side when she is sitting to make more of a bond with mum before she sees them making it less likely she will eat it. You do not have to do this with all chicks probably just the first one, keeping the others back safe.
If she only laid 2 eggs each year I would pull the egg as soon as it is laid not leaving any in the nest, to get more eggs out of her.

Maybe you want to try double clutching and increase the chances of Success?
Take the first clutch once she has started sitting tight (after 6-8 days) and incubate them.
Allow her to re cycle and sit herself. hatch and puppet feed the First clutch onto a dish in seclusion until the second clutch are a day or so off pip and swap 1 big chick for the second clutch eggs.
Take the risk with one for a day or so, but make sure it's crop is empty when you put it in, an see how she gets on with that? if ok pop the rest of the first in, and even the second once they have a few days on their backs!
Most of My HH will rear chicks of differing sizes once settled.
There is an element of risk of course, but what have you to lose?
