bigger than a vole!!!

went out this morning & within 15 mins the bird had his first rabbit!!(bigger than his previous catch-a vole!)
only 1/4-1/3 grown,but to birds credit ,he had to work had to get it!which resulted in me having to extract them from a very mature bramble patch!
slight nick on birds cere,otherwise ok.
we're both chuffed!& birds got a full crop!went lamping 2 nites ago and he worked hard in v.windy conditions,but only resulted in bowling a couple of rabbits over.-so he deserved this one!!
roll on friday,maybe get a biggie!
