New kid on the block!

My friend Pete Costigan bred peregrines this season for the first time,the pair were fresh!He asked me to take a tiercel to check out before he markets them next season!Up to yet I am very impressed!Although he seemed a tad,shall we say head strong at first,he has settled nicely!They are not dark birds and are rather bland to be honest,they do however have large feet with stoat ankles.Yesterday I gave him his first cast off,walked onto open land,unhooded and emmediately cast him,gave him no time to look around,he stood on his tail to gain approx 100ft before I blasted him down!!!Looks like the potential is there for high flying,lets see what he does in the coming weeks.........!The three tiercels are all approx the same weight,he is 1lb-6oz with hood and bells!!!
