Hi Brian, if memory serves me well I think its the Jeross system. If it is then in my opinion its **** . Two mates of mine bought them cos it was cheap and they only flew HH and RT. As soon as they got falcons they bought marshals and falconry electroics. I use the marshals and think its the dogs ******** once you get to know it.

yeah i know what you mean, my old LL electronics Mn10n was great stight out of the wrapper, however I found it a little while to get used to the Marshall system & each transmitter model. thta said the marshall easily outperforms the other. hope this makes sense.

Checked the website you posted brian, that is a jeross and IMHO it would not be an upgrade and I don't even know how MJ performs!!

If i am confused and the system we are talking about is the jeros system i would give it 1/10 but i was reffering to the falconry electronics system sold by eddie......,

Sorry guys too many late nights, 4 hr feeds and Falcon sperm!

Should have checked the link first

Brian, if you are getting a new system, i have an MN10 which is great, i had a marshall, which i found to be less than adequate but now i have the falconry electronics system i am truly impressed, what more can i say?

BrianM
28-03-2005, 10:43 AM

Unforunately brian, you wont be able to get it on line as Garlands have the sole import license for marshalls

Your right there Jay. Marshall would not even sale 173 to us in the states. My father inlaw bought a Marshall over ther but it had to be 216.

brian,
that a1 system is pants...you would be better off with your m/j system.

i got a marshall and sold my m/j system....this was mostly because it was more compact being all 1 unit.

my 2p worth

also if you do look @ the marrshall site...dont try and work out the cost using the dollor to pound ratios.

garlands are way way more than that works out (being british of course we have to pay way more).

there is however some 1 on this forum selling them at an amazing price

That is why £560 for a 5 Channel set from me with an RT+ is a bargain!

Kevin Massey
28-03-2005, 08:28 PM
i bought mine a while ago now ( 3 channel second hand £275 with the rt trans and holster and bag).....the guy wanted loads more for it and if he had,nt dropped it to the price i wanted to pay i would definatly got him to get me a setup.
would have taken a little longer to get yes..but nows the time to do that.

i bought the rt+ from garlands only because i needed it yesterday if you know what i mean

I own the 3 channel Falconry Electronics set and it is the dogs danglies. I bought it last Dec. I have only needed to use it in anger the once and that was when the transmitter fell off my harris while out hunting. I found it very easyly.
The transmitter went tits up last week, phoned Eddie up and he told me to post it back and he immediatly sent a spare for me while mine was repaired. I was only stopped from flying for 2 days.
Definately 10/10 from me.
