Well lee! there are only one or two breeders of that particular combination, but rumour has it that "Hal" the well known high mounter flown by Michael Calvin was a 3/4 1/4, bred by Steve Moroney.
I am hopeing to produce one or two myself this year, but bit to early to tempt fate yet!
Seen a couple fly, super powerful peregrines with lots of attitude and comittment. I even heard of one that hit Grouse so hard each time it eventually damaged it's spine?
But we are talking a super deadly bird that took brace after brace.
So good luck in finding one, what you want to fly it at?

What's the average size of a tiercel 3/4 peregrine? Or is a falcon the way to go? I've seen a 3/4 gyr before.... it was as big as a passage gyr. With a group of on looker watching, it flew to a pole and sat until the falconer called down to the lure. Could of been great, who knows? Just did fly well that day.
