I am training a ferutail (if you don't know - a ferruginouse x red tail) and he's something I can tell you! Fly's at 2lb, and a good one at that! He's very athletic, even though he has hardly been flown, very curiouse and loves to show off infront of crowds. He's got a wavy style of flight, flicking up at the end onto the glove and flicking up when taking off. He dips from side to side in the wind, and loves to go up and down , circle and keep his silver eye on you. He was hard to train, very tempermental, very vocal (nicer noise though) and a tad bitey at first. Now, he's settled, wont bite nor foot, and such a fancy flyer!
Also, a Jackal buzzard is real good to watch, powerfull and precise. She is very gentle too. She climbed up my arm, one foot over my elbow and the other by my shoulder - not a single pierce! She is particular about who handles her, but she's ok with most people. She will land heavy in strong wind but loves a challenge with up-hill flights. She's pretty amazing!
Both birds are display birds.

Probably a Perlin owned by Varmint, it was the cleverest, fastest little lure bird I've ever flown

There have been many but the one that really stands out for me would be "Alchemy" a 3/4 Pere 1/4 Barb bred by Martin Jones.
This little game Hawk has caught more Pheasants from one hit head shots than any other bird alive.
In fact she is the only non member bird to be mentioned in the BFC Millenium Journal, (Scottish scene)
At 15 yrs old she is still putting em away in fine style!
