Or to train a dog weekly boarding rates etc.

Do you know anyone who has bought a trained dog from him?

I have read his HPR book and was intrigue with his sense of humour and his knowledge. Good book.

phone him, my brother bought an english pointer off him and he couldn't do enough to help. Not sure if he stills lives in Wales though (I think you should still be able to contact on the same number) last time I spoke to him he was living up in Scotland - somewhere near Jack Merlin I think.

Guy Wallace lives in Caithness, near Wick. I believe the move is permanent and he no longer has connections with Wales. I visited him a couple of weeks ago.

No, Guy has never bought a dog off me and although we are good friends we run totally separate enterprises. I have no idea what he charges or whether he has any dogs for sale but I will ask and if he agrees post his telephone number here.

I have had a few HPR's here over the years and have no complaints. Just prefer what I have bred and trained for nearly 40 years because I know what the ******s are going to do before they know it themselves!<g>

And, no, I don't take other people's dogs in for training as I found I can train a dozen of my own while I am struggling to correct the faults in a dog belonging to someone else.
