they look like jeross mate theya re excelent if your looking at your bird in front of you i had one afew years ago the signal bounces off everyhing if your flying open country there ok but only line of sight ie your on the highest point and can see everthing.just my humble opinion i used it for about a quarter of season then got rid of

I have used one of these before, possibley better than nothing if you are flying a HH but wouldnt want to put it on a falcon or hard hunting gos.

Are you thinking of using on the sakerette when flying crows ? wouldn't recommend it. The area you live in Jon is very hilly and line of sight is pretty bad this system isn't your best option.

As I mentioned before, if you lose your hawk/falcon using this system - only someone with a jeross system will be able to help track with an additional set. If you get a system on 173mhz or 216mhz - there will be plenty of people who live local that can give you a hand if the worst happens. Most people in Accrington and the surrounding area that I know who fly hawks/falcons are using 173mhz.

A friend had one because it was cheap and when tested not only a pain to setup by screwing in all the Yagi bits - but also a whole of pile of pooh for tracking

What you need to ASK is what is it like compared to another set, like say a Marshall. Then the answer will always be the same!
