Is it true that once they drop a feather, that is it, for the season, she will not accept semen after this?

wouldn't have thought that to be the case HM if its just 1 or 2 but I have never used imprint gosses. My natural pair have dropped a few prior to laying and put them in the nest  they were still copulating even after the 5th egg.

Mine has been getting much better in the last few days, and today she dropped her first secondary.

Do not worry, all mine are moulting fast, infact i have a young female 10 months that's just dropped her decks while laying her 2nd egg.
if the males start then I'm afraid they are on their way out, not so much with falcons though.
Cheers ps allot of gosses do not lay till may, so don't give up yet

She is a bit better now and bends down, making as if she is picking up food. This morning she opened up really well but I never saw any kissing?
