Just thought id show you a few pics of Ghost, a very specila part of my flying team.

He's an 8 yr old Gyr/Peri Tiercel bred by Martin Jones and a bird that will both fly all summer long in displays and then start the Grouse season off with a real Bang!

He's a naturally very high mounting bird and the way i came to own him and the life he's had desereves a book in it's own right, but that's another story for another day!

Enjoy the pics!

Oh and if any one is looking to imprint either a Saker or a Gyr/Sak hybrid, please PM me for details of Young available just now, thanx.

Hi Jay, that is a Saker in the pic and she hatched 4 days ago.

The Gyr Sakers are very dark (black) and i have 4 available to anyone interested?

Hi Varmint i have a Sakeret, how much different are Gyr/Sakers. And would i notice the difference? Sorry if this may be a novice question.

They're much better in damp weather, a bit faster, and possibly a bit slower to grow up and mature, but they can be excellent crow hawks if you're feeling fit.

And they are about 50% bigger in this case, jet black like a piece of coal and very good rook hawks!

Oh and they are a bit more expensive!
