hi guys i lost my kickboxing fight last night :( i won the last one but wasnt so lucky this time. light contact, bull, it turned into full contact and im feeling worse for ware today got a few bruised ribs but uts my neck that ive injured so dont think i can make it tonight, ill see if im feeling better by later on. i just am finding it hard to walk and really need to rest up. sorry guys let my no how it goes and il see you next month. xx

The course will be on Sunday 14th June from 9am to 4.30 pm approx.The venue is The Corn Hall at Diss,Norfolk.The price is £50 to include liquid refreshments (We are trying to arrange that a food wagon will be on site).To be paid upfront to guarantee your place. That was a good get together last night with a good turn out. It was good to see you all, meet the people I haven't met before and see the old faces. In the case of Tim a vey old face ha ha ha.
It was an interesting meeting with a bit of wealing and dealing llike a meeting at the stock exchange. Good fun so will look forward to seeing you all again in the near future - even though I come from SUFFOLK!!!

I dont think Iv spoken to any of u yet except tina!..Im looking for a mentor to show me the ropes next season soo if any of u are close to me and are avaliable next season to let me tag along and teach me then I wud be forever greatfull im desprate to get out there and learn sumthing. Im still at college so I dnt no hw often I wud be able to attend this meet. But if I could meet up with any of you at a weekend for hunting next season it wud very beneficial as I want as much experience as I can get befor I comitt to a bird.
