I'm no genetics expert but trying to cross something from the falcon family with something from the hawk or buzzard family would be the same as trying to cross a dog with a cat. Can't see it working to be honest. I doubt the sperm would be able to penetrate the egg cell if the sperm actually managed to get that far. I expect antibodies in the female would kill the lot.

You can't cross two different Genus. Dog and cat,horse and elephant,etc.

!00% sure it can't be done. One year I had a standing Gos and no Gyr semen and so much white Gyr semen I didn't know what to do with it so rather than bin it I binned it in the Gos. How many eggs were fertile after a run of 18 eggs - zilch!!

2-why would u want to cross them?
