yes it is dave a local lad i dont know him but know a few who do i think that the wru should be doing more with local clubs like gorsienon and the likes, contrary to what people say, johnathan davies for one, i think that there is strength in depth in wales just the wru and the regions dont look hard enough thanks for noticing i only wish i could have replied in welsh jay
