When are you going to start reading those books??? Step on the fist only then fly to the lure or it will quickly get fist bound.

as above i simply get a falcon just jumping to the fist and introduce the lure asap
however with a kestrel i tend to get them creance length to the fist then introduce the lure no idea why i just do, prob because ive found kes can can control themselves better on return to the glove.

I'm starting to firmly believe beginners no longer read books!

i flew a kes and as soon as it was happy to jump to the fist i introduced the lure.to start with I used to walk around the block she was on swinging the lure and dropping it next to her to feed once happy to jump off onto the lure and showing keen-ness on to creance training to the lure the only time she was ever on the fist then was when taking her in and out of her mew
