Hi all, I'd like to know techniques to teach the bird remain gliding or even flying for some time without comes soon to the glove or settles in some place. I'd like that because for me nothing is better than see the bird flying free for a good time.

The thing that you mean is called soaring or waiting on.
Harris Hawks are very good a soaring, but you will need open ground for this kind of flying.

thank you for the reply moritz.............I talk about that way, cause i intend to do that with birds that aren't good hunters as Carcaras, little owls, mivalgo chimachima only to see them fly and give them a little more freedom

o que tens de fazer é cada dia de treino deixar a aves mais tempo no ar sem a chamares á luva .
com o tempo vais ver que ficam bastante tempo a voar .
mas para as treinares desta forma necessitas de um campo aberto , porque senão vou ter a tentação de poisar , outra das coisas que tens de ter em atenção é quando as treinas dia após dia reparar quando a ave está a começar a ficar cansada, chama-la , podes aperceber-te de isso pelo ofegar ( bico aberto), com o treino a ave vai estar cada vez mais em forma e com isso a aguentar mais tempo no ar .
outra das coisas a ter em conta é o tipo de ave , pois algumas podem não ter adaptações para o fazer , nesse caso será muito mais difícil, por exemplo penso que não será fácil que essa coruja pequena que falas o possa fazer por outro lado o caracara poderá fazer com facilidade , desde que o treines num sitio que tenha térmicas será bastante fácil pois naturalmente eles o fazem .
