How can we make our website even better?

The website has been running less than a year but already we've received a really positive response and a healthy number of orders. But I'd like to know what we can do to make the site even better and obviously also to encourage you to part with more of your hard earned cash!

So let us know your suggestions

what sort of special offers would you like to see?

What sort of images are you interested in buying on prints and or cards?

Can you suggest places- websites , forums, magazines where we should advertise?

What is important to you apart from you prices when you consider buying a print?

if we were able to take crdeit/ debit card payments over the phone would that make you more likely to buy a print?
etc etc

I love the artwork and your web site is nice and easy to naviagte and use.

All i would suggest is that in these difficult times - look carefully at your pricing. Recessions tend to make people look at prices far more carefully. I don't think your products are over priced - but maybe you would make more profit from selling more prints at a lower price.

I would also recommend offering discounts for customers buying more than one print at a time.

I want to try and do some regular offers through 2009, just trying to work out what people would be most interested in seeing

eg £xx off the price of all paper prints for a limited period

buy a certain print and get a second one at a discounted rate

etc

the 3 for 2 offer on the cards was very popular.
just want to keep providing everyone with quality products and good customer service and also throw in some good offers aswell.


Also really interested to hear what sort of images people would like to see that we don't already offer.

And does the size of the print affect whether you'd buy it or not?
