Avian Vet : David Hollah

--------------------------------------------

I myself have used this vet for my bird a Parrakeet and continue to do so and have also taken injured Raptors to him aswell.

He is under the wing of Neil Forbes and it was Neil who referred me to David in the first place.

David also is on call, to one of the local Raptor rescue centres in the area so has lots of day to day hands on experience.

Im not sure if shes still there but there is a girl who had just qualified two years ago who was very interested in birds, especialy raptors. She cam e out with me once.

She was based (or lived) in New Milton about 5 mins west of Christchurch.

I have her details somewhere...Ill look them out.

We are based in Poole and all our rescue birds go to Tom Mowlem at Companion Care in Winton Bournemouth, brilliant with the birds, very good with broken bones and knows his way around bumblefoot. Best in the area without doubt. Also has a good microscope for on the spot mutes and bloods

You're right there.

His older brother was also a friend, and, in addition, I once went out with his sister (She's never been the same since, for some unaccountable reason).
