I have had a hob for a long time now, and hes like a pet dog as he is ALWAYS indoors save at night. The i got a gill for working as she is a cream colour so less rabbit like. Also for the comapny. But she walks really strange, i have aways noticed this but have decided its worth asking about. It doesn't cause her any discomfort, but she doesn't run too fast...which if anything makes her better for working as she never gets the rabbits. Anyway, i don't know much about the parents except they were good workers, so what can cause this?

To be more specific she walks like pingu with her back legs  Its not so bad, but i was wondering if its something to do wth a lack of calcium etc when young?

ferrets can get a form of rickets, but it's usual evidant from a very early age,i have a mate who knows alot about this sort of thing i'll try and track him down and get more info for you mate. the usual problem is that the front legs are splayed outwards a bit like charlie chaplin.
