Got made redundant Xmas from Sainsbury,s!Got a new job to start tonight at Focus starting at 11pm till 7am.They have just phoned me to cancel,can I contact them midweek to see if they have work for me next week!!!!!Looks like another c r a p start to another c r a p year!Whats happening to this stupid country,how are people supposed to pay their way!:roll:

whats happening is we are at war in countries that has F all to do with us . We are financing the rich to become richer. We allow IMAGINARY PRICES of crops/goods to be traded electronically.
The £3 BILLION spent 3 years ago on a new NUCLEAR sub prob wouldnt have helped , the continued maintenance (£100 million per year) of ILLEGAL trident doesnt help.
I could go on but I'm trying to stay OFF the whisky

Don't get me on this one, I have a mate that is 21, his mother is 41, he has one sister that is older than him at 22 and he also has 17 siblings younger than him, there has only been 2 sets of twins born, the last birth was twins but the one before that the mother nearly died and was told that "if you have anymore children there is a strong possibility it will kill you, but within 2 months she was pregnant again.
The mother or father has never worked but they live in a 8 bedroom house that is funded by the government, this house is luxurious and has a hot tub and 30ft swimming pool.
They also have the manager tele no of Tesco, they call him and he has 4 staff ready to help them do their shopping as they have to use 6 trollies.
I could go on but I'm getting angry now.:twisted:

What? Don't you have a pistol? No, just kidding. These are bad times we are living in. It is that way everywhere. We do have social programs over here to help deal with bad times, but it seems that illegal aliens are more elegible for them than we are. Also people that are afflicted with chemical dependency are also more elegible for them. I have considered sticking a needle into my arms until I look like a hard core junky and then going and asking for relief aid.

Over the past few years I've had much the same luck as you.
Now I'm back in work, doing a job I love I find out I might have Cancer.
I'll be getting tests done next week, If it is the big C I'll be saying goodbye to my balls (or at least one of them).
I love my balls, both of them so this bothers me a bit.
There's always people worse off than you so get a grip and stop whining.

I'll be getting tests done next week, If it is the big C I'll be saying goodbye to my balls (or at least one of them).
I love my balls, both of them so this bothers me a bit.

Hi Dean, the company i work for was taken over by new owners on 5th January, today they infomed us 54 will go on the 16th Feb. This will leave 30 with a job... I think they then said something like.. Happy New Year..

On a more serious note my best mate was diagnosed with testicular cancer 11 years ago, he had one removed and has been clear since, he got offered a prosthetic but refused it.

I dont know what your so worried about? I work for the council part time, and then in the evenings as a waitress so that i can run my own business and train my birds in the mornings, only to be confrounted by chaves on a daily basis (in the council) that are earning £250 per week from job seekers allowance, this is on top of their child benifit, council tax and housing benifits. It's all screwed up in this country your better off not working and pretending to look for a job. Or in jail.... last year i worked for the prison service and the prisoners are given flat screan TV's in their cells and all the latest DVD's, pool tables and the ability to earn money without having to pay bills. Perhaps you could start some kind of falconry programme for the reformed chav!!!
Good luck with finding work though. I meet honest people every day in the same situation.

You just have to start thinking that no one is going to help, so help yourself. Dont live on credit, and keep yourself up to date with the market, im sure you will be able to use that fantastic bird you fly for something a little more then a hobby!

What makes me laugh is........!had my mate round today,hes in nearly 50 grand worth of debt and lives in a beautiful house,drives a brand new animal truck!Hes just lost his job and gonna go bankrupt!!!Ive never had debt and got nothing.......mug me!!!!
