Hi
Not too sure where to stick this thread - mods feel free to move it!
On the 28th December I ordered a bow perch from Norfolk Falconry (.co.uk) I still have no perch. :-x I contacted them on the 6th, spoke to a women who said due to illness it was delayed and would be sent that day. I e-mailed on the 13th, no reply and today at 2pm threatening to esculate it via PayPal (which I have done as I just feel they ignore my last e-mail.)
Has anyone had or is having a similar experience with them? Are they still operating? Can anyone help? :(
I had a problem with the first bow i bought,(not from the same place) To look at it was slightly bent and not a even curve and just didn't look right. I got in touch with the bloke who was happy to give a refund so i was able to get my money back and by another bow perch from somewhere else. I am told the new perch is of a good design and safe!!
Hope you get it sorted mate

No, but once I get a refund I'll take your advice. I did try ringing them, despite promises it's still not here.

Just to keep everyone updated on this, Norfolk Falconry have not replied to several e-mails since the 13th January. I'm guessing they are insolvent, and have made a claim through PayPal for my money back.

Hi Jon,
It is most unfortunate that you have experienced this upset from our shop.
Is this sorted now, or not? As far as I was aware, my staff had refunded all bow perches after our supplier informed us they had difficulty. As for answering emails, I assure you, I answer every email personally that I receive. I will go and check my spam box.
As for asking on my forum, why would you get banned? You would not have. Trouble makers are banned, genuine enquires / questions / posts are not.
As my way of apology, send me your transaction number and I will send you a further £10 as a good will gesture for your inconvenience.

Just to redress the balance slightly, I've been using a bow perch from Norfolk Falconry for the last six months and haven't had any problems with it. Hope you get it resolved, the post above from the guy on the site sounded reasonable!
