The NEFC is pleased to extend an open invitation to attend our monthly meeting on the 4th of February (Wednesday) at 7:30 pm
In addition to our regular business meeting the club is to host a talk given by Darren Chadwick on Hunting with Goshawks in the Yorkshire Dales and his experiences working as keeper.
Darren's reputation as a Goshawker precedes him and anyone who knows or has known him will know that such a talk is not to be missed. :supz:
A door charge of £1 is of mandatory as always for members and non members alike.
The venue is as usual, The Lane Head Hotel, Brighouse Wood Lane, Brighouse, HD6 2AL
Thanks.

Hi Tim,
when I first met Darren, I remember he was flying a very impressive gamehawk called Enya. His experience is a lot wider than his mouth if you know what I mean.
Too far for me to travel, but have a great time.
Best wishes,
Tony.

Tim,

Depends on the length of the business meeting Steve. Were going to try and make it short. Kick off for the talk should be well before nine.

I shall try and get there Tim, work tend to spring meetings on us on Wednesdays, which is a bind. By the time I've got home and sorted everything out there it may be pointless coming through though.

Come off the M62 brighouse turning which is junction 25 head towards the town centre when you get to the little round about go straight across but get in the right hand lane, at the lights go through and move over to the left hand lane and head towards Halifax taking the first left at the roundabout. You will know you are on the right road because you will go past the bus station on your left which is under construction. At the end of the road at the next roundabout turn right up the hill at around 200 yards you have a staggered junction turn left the pub car park is on your right.
The pub is called the Lane Head Hotel.
