Hehehehe....Speaking of Coops, I have a nice nest just around the corner from my house. I check on them regularly and I recently got some photo's of them. The pics are crappy since I used my camcorder and had to zoom in a long way.

No I don't have a clue what that means.....I was too young when we moved to South Africa to remember what it was like in the UK. I can say that I do enjoy going to the UK for vacations as I like quite a few things about it better than the states....Or I find some things quaint. I like the way ya'll drive alot more than they do here and I just love the tiny country roads that everyone seems to do 90mph on. It is certainly neat to see how the absolute most is made of the small space available to the average person such as the gardens. I guess we take it a bit for granted having alot of room here in Texas. I usually only go to the UK to visit a few realtives and to head to the Isle of Man for the TT....
Cheers,
Weasel

on the subject of chavs moses, furthermore there is high concentration of chavs/neds/townies/scum in glasgow, they drink "bucky" and fight only when they outnumber opossition by approximately 10:1. A brave chav fights on a ratio of 5:1.

A small chap runs at a ratio of 2:1 Kornie!

Moses, I will be hunting small birds such as pigeons, quail, starlings, sparrows etc.... I can even go for rabbits with a female coopers hawk. They are quite high strung birds from those I have talked with who have flown them, so it will be keeping me busy that's for sure.

We've got plenty of them here in spain, too. They ride small scooters, have their hair cut in bizarre styles and are always talking about drugs, crappy music and their fighting skills.

Jim, by my reckoning, they must be about 7 wks now. How long will you keep them at what i presume is tame hack?
Bullet_Jesses

8) They are just over 6 weeks now Goldie. I have hacked coops before, for as long as 3 weeks.I think I'll probably go a couple of weeks with them or until one of my neighbours complains.I use the lure quite a bit during this time also. cheers Jim.C
P.S. Had the local adult female coops visit them yesterday and what was possibly one of her offspring from last year just about 5mins ago.
