Leave a nice tasty steak in the Ferret house tonight. Sit in shed or wherever with a shotgun and blast the ********** when he comes back tonight.

Sorry to hear about your ferrets, I would get her checked by a vet, I don't know what your set up is but if you can move the hutch to somewhere safe. Foxes, badgers, and cats will return to the scene of crime!

Really sorry to hear what's happened. Hope the female is ok, I imagine she'll be shock. Might be worth considering a trip to the vets see if they can give her something for it.

sorry to hear about that HM69 it must be a **** feeling. I hate the goddam fox witha vengeance and hope you manage to bag the little git cos it will come back again. watched that blummin springwatch programme the other nice and it showed an urban fox happily killing young birds in an estuary and justified it in the usual soapy way.

they are murdering little B*****ds and thats that.

hope your fem pulls through ok and you never know the male my still be around.

Gaz,sorry to hear that dude,..tell Claire i got 12 kits here, come and pick one out. Gaz your a * 8) re the fox hold a vigil, dont stop at one night. 12 t=years a go I had a musket and female merlin killed in their weatrherings and the vixen was in a stand off(sort of) with a female finnish Gos. When i say stand off the vixen was screaning she ahd hold of the gosses right thigh, but the gosses left thigh was gently closed around her muzzle. this happened during the day , in braod daylight. I waited 2 night with the shotgun. dawn, 3 rd morning she was back, I was outside & I had her head off at 10 yds + withan old coal shovel so keep your eyes peeled!

The fox in the woods by the farm here trotted out yesterday with 6 cubs in tow. I admit I called the Huntsman, some farmers around here are still lambing the late ewes and hogs. the huntsman just culls cubs at this time of year. I've caught a vixen in the barn with dogs and horses.
Sorry to hear about it HawkMan. Keep watch and I hope you catch the criminal!!!

That is a good feeling isn't it mate :) :) You never really know how much you love em until they are gone.

Rest assured the ferrets gave a GOOD and HONOURABLE fight mate. :) :)
