I just noticed the tell tale inverted "V" on the tail feathers. How many hares did see account for ? I will try the pole on the next gos, it looks a good idea and have had good reports on the raptor originals raptorpost.

Cheers I saw a similar one (raptor post) but not as large a top as yours. Do you need a tail saver when in use ?

i leave it off occasionly mostly after she has had a bath just to dry off but i have left it off for longer periods and no tail damage

I used the raptor post last year, very good, but needed tail sheath on,to prevent any damage,

The talons look a little blunt, are they ? when using astroturf for perch covering I cover the sides as well (where the talons rest).

Hawkman, with all this hot weather does that plastic sheeting cause the mews to get really hot?? I use the green netlon gardeners stuff, the stuff you can cover ponds with, but being netting it is breathable, really strong too.

not really worried yet OF she will be moved when she is all finished ... leather is always a good way of getting talons needle sharp i find  and combine that with the power its allllllllllll good
