Anybody lost a Great Horned Owl, a friend just missed capturing it in Camberley this afternoon. Obviously it needs to be caught due to the risk to tethered birds. It seems to be fending for itself as it had just caught a crow, but was pretty approachable. pHONE ME ON 01252 661548 WITH ANY INFO.

A young lad in our village lost his GHO a few weeks ago but we live in north warwickshire by Twycross zoo so i don't think its the same one unfortunately, because come the end of the moult i'll be reluctant to perch my birds out on the lawn till it's either caught or moved on. R'gards Rob.

That's my worry, there's a real risk it would take a bird off the weathering lawn, especially as the hunt in the day, hopefully my dogs will be vigillant.
