Jay's right - it's a MI-24 in Afghanistan.

It's operated by the Hungarian Air Force and the paint job is real, not CG!

As far as I can make out it was intended for display work only but I guess that the laundry bill would go up a bit if something like this appeared over the crest of a hill. It probably wouldnt have to fire a shot.
